Villa Crescendo
The Crescendo House is an L-shaped house that focuses the view in two directions, south and west, while allowing for 180 degree views in the living areas and master suite. Panoramic, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors using extra thin but sturdy frames allow minimal interruption of the views. A water feature, in front of the living room cools the airflow that enters the house; and the infinity pool comes complete with a shallow “lagoon” area where you can relax on sun loungers with your feet in the water.

Living
The oversized sliding windows let large amounts of light into the house, while strategically calculated (and spectacular!) floating overhangs protect the interior from excessive sun exposure. The living are is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling sliding windows that allow for a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
Dining
The central core of the house consists of an impressive double-height area hosting your kitchen and dining with amazing 180-degree panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. Open-up the sliding glass doors and enjoy the cooling sea breeze going in and finding it’s way through the house.
Kitchen
The kitchen is the living heart of this house and directly accessible from the main terrace. Enjoy breath taking sunrises or sunsets from your kitchen counter, bar or dining table.
Master suites
Villa Crescendo is designed with a certain flexibility. You are able to design your own perfect combination of suites, master suites, bathrooms or family suits.

Master suite 1
Ground floor
The master suite 1 is located at the ground floor with windows overlooking the Caribbean sea. Opening up the glass sliding doors and walk straight to the white sandy beach to take a cooling dip into the Caribbean Sea.
Master suite 2
First floor
The master suite 2 is located at the first floor at the side wing of Villa Crescendo. This suite has sliding glass doors leading to the roof terrace with lounge area, outdoor kitchen, sunbeds and Jaccuzi.
Master suite 3
First floor
The master suite 3 is located at the first floor and occupies the main wing of Villa Crescendo. This suite has an incredible beautiful 270-degrees sea view overlooking the surroundings of Union Island with breathtaking views at the neighboring islands Petit Martinique, Palm Island, Carriacou and Grenada.
