An exceptional kitchen plays a key part inside as well as outside Cassia. Named after the stunning golden shower tree, this house is also a real eye-catcher. The playful differences in roof level produce subtle sight lines and cooling without the need for mechanical ventilation.
All rooms can be opened up completely so that each feels like an exterior space and daily activities are drawn towards going outside and into nature.

Living
The house is designed around simplicity with one area for lounging, cooking and eating and multiple areas for sleeping.

Kitchen
Glass folding doors allow an open kitchen unit to form a whole with the outside bar, thus taking the indoors outdoor and creating the optimal feeling of outdoor life.
Bedrooms
Each of the two bedrooms has a private outdoor area and en-suite bathroom, one with a bathtub offering you a panoramic tableau of the Caribbean Sea. In addition, the chalet has been designed to give the flexibility to redesign two bedrooms into a single luxury suite and vice versa.
Bathroom
The master bathroom is located on the spa side and has direct access to a private outdoor shower. Move the shutters as desired and you will be rewarded with a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea from your bathroom and outdoor shower.

Upgrade stone bar
A recommended option is to extend the chalet by placing an outdoor stone bar next to the large indoor kitchen. The bar is an extension of the kitchen and connects the outer facade and the terrace. With the tropical climate as an excellent way to relax, this option creates an authentic Caribbean ambience on your own terrace.
Upgrade terrace BBQ area
The stone column in the exterior facade carries a grill that continues into the outside kitchen. This BBQ area puts co-creative cooking centre stage and turns a communal facility into something sensational.
Upgrade terrace + outdoor spa
If you also opt to build a wooden terrace right around the house, you will have the possibility to supplement the design with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and furnished sun terrace as well as individual outdoor showers and bathtubs sunk into the deck. These are always accessible from every room in the chalet.
You can also choose to add a building element such as a third bedroom with en-suite bathroom, separate from the main structure. We invite you to let us know what your personal wishes are.
Upgrade 3rd bedroom
The sloping surroundings of Secret Garden give several chalet opportunities to expand. A number of plots are situated on a hill with a sufficient slope that makes it possible to expand the chalet with a third bedroom underneath.
The third bedroom can be reached by a private staircase from the upper main terrace leading down to the lower private terrace of the 3rd bedroom with access to the associated rooms as a bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
